The out of hour Vet in Enfield was amazing, we can not talk enough for the care she offered, she did and excellent job. People like her are so few with such high empathy level and kindness. She was from the start to end a brilliant vet and her care and dedication were beyond expectations. I really recommend her and she really deserves an award for all her great work. I appreciate everything you did and I am so grateful for having the chance to meet such kind and amazing Dr. All the best in your future career and the boss of the surgery should definitely get you a reward for your hard work and support. Words cannot express how wonderful all the staff are. I have been coming to the vets for as long as I can remember. First when it was Happy Pet then Medivet. Timba our beloved dog, had to be put to sleep. She lived an amazing life. 15 years, 5 months and 25 days to be precise. I would like to say that on the day, I didn't have my usual vet Lorenzo. I had Isabelle. She was kind, caring and talked me all through the proccess. Lorenzo came in through the proccess too. We unfortunately had to take our boy Frankie to an emergency appointment last night where we sadly had to say goodbye to him. The team were honestly absolutely amazing, kind and caring. Our vet lead us through every step with caution, understanding and patience.
